Who I am
Janet writes the tough stories about dysfunctional families, mental illness and finding oneself. Janet have been writing since at three when she people actually could make a living out of creating stories. Her mother knew the best way to punish her was to take away my notebooks. She went to law school because that’s what her parents wanted her to do. However, she discovered she prefers teaching law to practicing it. Originally from California, she now lives outside of D.C. where she teaches legal writing and paralegal studies at University of District of Columbia and Northern Virginia Community College. She’s a member of WFWA and networks with other writers online.
